Interview & Selection

Selection by OIA and Faculty via Zoom/GMeet. If accepted, you will receive your Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Izin Belajar & E-Visa

UNESA processes your Study Permit from the Ministry. Once issued, your Telex Visa will be processed for your local Embassy.

On-Campus Registration

Arrival in Surabaya: Document verification, Student ID (NIM) creation, and KITAS reporting to Immigration.
